Five stars, and if there were a switch for a sixth, I’d flick that on too! ⚡ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟 Fantastic experience with BG Electrical & Air Con from the initial quote right through to installation and follow-up. Brad was an absolute pleasure to deal with: friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. He took the time to work through several options with me, providing quotes for upgrading our existing air conditioning as well as a ducted system, without any pressure. The turnaround time on the quotes and getting everything organised was excellent. Even with plenty happening in his own world at the time, Brad still went out of his way to assist and keep everything moving, which was genuinely appreciated. Wishing Brad and his family all the very best. The sparkies who handled the installation were absolute champions. Friendly, polite and professional, they installed our two air conditioners and completed the electrical circuit upgrades with great care. Everything was left neat and tidy, and the whole job went exceptionally smoothly. They even rated my coffee as “one of the best” they’d had, although I may have oversold my barista skills beforehand and left them little room to say otherwise. ☕ A big mention to the admin team too: friendly, responsive and efficient, with great communication throughout. The whole BG team made the experience remarkably easy from beginning to end. Excellent turnaround, great communication, quality workmanship and genuinely lovely people to deal with. The house is cooler, the circuits are happier, and so are we. ❄️🔌 Give BG a chance to quote and I think you’ll be pleasantly shocked ⚡😲 by what they bring to the table. Would happily recommend BG Electrical & Air Con and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great experience from start to finish. It was really easy to get a quote, communication was responsive, and they were able to both quote and complete the aircon installation promptly. The team who came out were professional and friendly, did a great job with the installation, and left everything looking fantastic when they finished. Very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them.

This is a very professional business. They removed our 19 year old ducted sysyem and replaced it almost entirely with a Mitsibishi 16kw system, with 8 zones and a digital wifi controllable app. Every interaction with every staff member was polite and professional and the installers Juun and Nathan and Beau were absolutely faultless in their knowledge of the products they were fitting , the best and most effective method and location for components and they cleaned up so thoroughly , you hardly knew where they'd been. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat and we are so impressed with our new ducted AC . Thanks to the whole team at BG. Stellar job....👍

BG electrical helped us with a few major upgrades over different issues. They turned up with team who handled the different projects very well. As can sometimes happen, there was a minor issue with one aspect which was followed up very well. No reservations about highly recommending them.

Brad and his team did a very satisfactory job in the installation of hard-wired smoke alarms at my property. Communication and punctuality were plus factors in executing the job required. Couldn't thank Brad enough for going out of his way in issuing the required Certificate of Compliance even while away on holidays. He made sure it was done within the given period. Again, thank you so much for the huge assistance you have provided. Much appreciated. Babes

Great experience with BG Aircon and Electrical, I had a full upgrade to my 'prehistoric' switchboard, and one 2kw air con unit installed on the second floor of our house. The men who did the install were on time, polite, professional, tidy, and did the work right without any issues. Super happy. And our bedroom is freezing cold now.

Amazing experience from start to finish with our aircon. No nonsense and practical advice on solutions. When the crew arrived to install, it went like clockwork and under the estimated time. Calm, clear, and professional at every interaction. The best out of every electrician outfit we've ever used. Will be the first we call for any future works. 👍👍

We had a reasonably large residential job to complete at our new build, including numerous ceiling fans, switch plates, large chandelier’s, heat fans etc. Brad was very prompt in reply and was accomodating with scheduling and a plan for the various installs. The quote was clear and provided a nice overview of the job. Todd and Nathan were punctual in their arrival each day, professional and down to earth. Todd was happy to explore alternative options for the way our items could be installed and provide us with an idea of possibilities of the completion of other works around the house too. The boys were neat and tidy (ensuring they used dropped sheets to protect flooring etc) and meticulous in their work. They were great at providing updates throughout the day and approached me straight away with any concerns they identified. Overall we had a great experience with the guys & girls at BG and would certainly recommend them.
